I had a bad experience with Dr. Brian Brooks' office at Bel-Red. I got an appointment about 3 - 4 weeks after I called. Appt was at 4pm on a Monday, I get a call at 8am asking if I can got at 9am that day. I could not make it then, later that day my appointment gets cancelled because the office was apparently too hot. My appointment for Wed that week was also cancelled. The receptionist then made an appointment for 10am Wed.

 On the next day, Tuesday, she calls me at 10:30am and tells me that I didn't show up for the 10am appt. When I said she had made the appt for the next day, Wed, she completely denied it and hung up abruptly asking me to call her again later. I made an appointment with another dentist then. I also found the receptionist to be rude and disrespectful.

I found him very good. Knowledgeable, down to earth, inexpensive (will do what is required) and trustworthy. He is the only one who told me what care to be taken now and what I can postpone till my visit to India as things are costly  here.

I have been to Susan’s clinic. My experience has been really good, hence recommending.

Do avoid EzDental clinic in bellevue. They are just after money.

My personal recommendation is still Dr. Gregory Kuo, but there’s plenty of options out there.

I have been using Dr. Farac since moving here about 4 years ago. He has done excellent work on both my wife and myself as well as other co-workers. I have not had anything beyond fillings (5 in one sitting, no pain at all, went back to work right after), semi-yearly check-ups and invisalign done. His office is clean , staff friendly and seems to have state of the art equipment. He’s on time with appointments and very personable. Anyhow, here is his info:

·         You may want to opt for an endodontist, who specializes in root canals.

·         In general, dentist are trained to perform root canals on mono-root teeth. For more complicated procedures like, mollars,  endodontist intervention is  required.

There is a dentist close to Redmond transit center… (About one bus stop before that) “Gentle Dental”.

Good doctors out there… had been there some time ago.. do not recollect the doctor name…

As for the insurance.. .you might want to call them up and check.

I go to Redmond Dentistry (http://www.redmonddentistry.com/) since 2 years.

They are great and I haven’t had any problems so far with them. The only problem could be getting an appointment soon (unless you have an emergency).

I don’t know specifically about Alan Nohr but his staff is very rude. My dentist _was_ Dr. Kirti, who works with Alan Nohr.

Once, I had an appointment at 08:30 AM, and I was running late as there was an accident on SR-520. I called them at least 25-30 min (~8 AM) saying, “I am already on 520 and looks like traffic is not moving at all. I might be little bit late.” In spite of calling them before couple of times (every 10-15 minutes to give my status), their nurse / assistant started telling me, rather rudely, why it is imp to come on time and what not. After hearing it 2-3 times, I politely said, I am usually not late and I respect Dr. Kirti’s time but she would not listen. After hearing “How imp. her time was” for at least 15 times, I decided not to go there again.

So, I would not recommend his clinic. That said, Dr. Kirti, is a nice lady J

Doctor: Greg Aeschilmann in Redmond as part of Redmond Family Medical (881-8813).  You can use just about any doctor that works there on any given day, so there is never any issue getting a same day appointment.

I take my kids to Dr. Stephanie Su’s practice in downtown Redmond. We’ve really liked the dentists there so far. My 3-year-old is terrified of dentists and they’ve been very patient with him. Last time we worked with Dr. Marisa there and she was excellent. Overall, I feel like they know what they’re doing and really care about their patients.
