Doctor recommendations

Dr. Jean Dydell topped the list with very minimal to no negative comments received about her

Many recommended Dr. Wittman as well but there are quite bit of concerns raised – too busy so not having enough time to spend time with patient, few perceived as rude. But most agreed she is well experienced

In terms of Clinic wise most I have received for Eastside OB/GYN (where Dr. Wittman/Dydell/TSuang do their practice) and then evergreen womens care.

Hospital wise - many preferred Evergreen  (I have limited my ask for east side, otherwise Swedish is better), some comments didn’t particularly prefer overlake

I cannot refer Elizabeth Evans enough. She is a really experienced and really great doc.

Dr. Partida at Evergreen in Kirkland.

Dr. Shaunie Keys, Evergreen Women’s Clinic  (not sure if she’s taking new patients). When I was working in a lab, dealing with women’s health,  I asked my female coworkers who the best doc was from a personal as well as professional standpoint:  who would they go to.  Shaunie came up on top.

Dr. Mitchel Nudelman at Belgrove OB/GYN. He just took care of my wife through a mono-di twin pregnancy and performed an emergency hysterectomy due to a placenta acreta and was absolutely fantastic.Dr. James Haines was amazing with both of my wife’s pregnancies. Very patient and attentive, plus has a wonderful calming bedside manner. His practice is out of Overlake, but he also has an office in Issaquah
Love Dr. Theresa Tsang (A Womens clinic at evergreen).. Had a baby 2 months ago and she was my ob.
Elizabeth Evans!  I think she was on some magazine as the best docs in Seattle one year.  She’s great.  Don’t know if she specializes in that, but based on my experience with her on the birth of my second boy, I have no doubt she’s one of the best.

Ronald Coe at Bellegrove OBGYN is awesome. I never thought I would have a male, but he was amazing through many, many issues and surgeries. Also set us up with the right people to address fertility issues.

I currently see Dr. Michael Lawler at Overlake OBGYN in Bellevue. Dr. Lawler is my OB (I’m due to have a baby in a few months), but I believe all of the physicians at the clinic are also GYNs. I don’t know if any of them specializes in polycystic ovary syndrome, but I can highly recommend Dr. Lawler. He was recommended to me by my primary care physician, and I haven’t been disappointed. Dr. Lawler is a no-nonsense kind of guy. He is all business, but I have total confidence in his medical skills.

I like Noreen Faulkner.  She has an office in Seattle and also keeps hours 1/day a week in Bellevue near main campus.  I often joke that she is a classic Microsoft hire.  Sharp lady and willing to stand up for what she believes in.  She had no hesitation in telling me when I was misguided – which I appreciated given that my health was the topic.  ?  Good luck!

Hi Chris – Dr. Stephen Hyde is fabulous – as is his office staff.  It’s a bit of a challenge to get in (because he’s so busy) but it’s well worth the wait.  I don’t know if he specializes in polycystic ovary syndrome but my hunch is he does or a colleague in his office does.

I believe that’s the problem my best friend had and went to Dr. Buty.  I then started shortly thereafter and have been with him for about 13 years.  He has a private practice – no lines at a clinic, you get the same Dr. every time and he has two offices – one in downtown Seattle next to Swedish, one in west seattle.

Angela Thyer with SRM – PCOS is her specialty.  She was with UW but went private and is working for a fertility treatment center.  She may see your wife for this however…worth checking.

I absolutely love Beth Golden ARNP at Evergreen Medical in downtown Redmond on 161st st.  She is compassionate, smart as hell, listens, takes her time etc.  Can’t say enough about her.  I think the # is 425 882 5020.
