Eggless cake

One of these might work for you:

http://www.cafeflora.com/

I’ve used 1T flaxseed meal with 3T water, but there are some other great suggestions here:  http://vegetarian.lovetoknow.com/Vegan_Egg_Substitute

Please let me know if you get any responses for this.
So far I have just baked one myself using the store bought betty crocker mix and egg replacer in place of eggs. Turns out very nicely. But I am not as good at decorating it with the icing…

The only eggless cake that’s good in whole foods in the Chocolate Cake. The cake is pretty dense and decadent. The vanilla ones just don’t taste good. The Mayuri cakes taste fine, but  they have a strong smell of Condensed milk that I dislike. I also find their cakes way too expensive. If you want to venture into baking – I can suggest you a simple eggless chocolate cake/cupcake recipe which tastes considerably better than any of the cakes you find in the market.

Hi,  Flying Apron makes eggless  bakery goods.  They make custom cakes with simple designs.  http://www.flyingapron.com/

Flying Apron's cakes are pretty good. Just because you can have gluten doesn't mean you have to :).
I would agree with that.  I have no restrictions but still really enjoy their products.
+1. Flying Apron cakes are light, moist, and flavorful. GF baking has come a LONG way in recent years.
I do like the Cakes from Flying Apron, but I am concerned about the Xanthum gum that they use for Gluten Free Baking(in some of their cakes). It can cause a mild stomach issue for some people
I highly recommend the Flying Apron cupcakes, they were significantly better than regular cupcakes at most stores! I’m also super sensitive to most food and had no issues with their cakes.
You can order eggless cake from Sammamish Vedic temple. They also take catering orders.
I love Kristina and most of our friends have ordered from her ever since my son’s first b’day. She did 2 cakes – one with egg and one without. Both were dleish and everyone still talks about them. Her email is thegalley@hotmail.com and do let her know I referred you – just to show we still love her cakes Hope this helps. Thanks,Vandana Verdia
If I am not wrong whole foods had some options sometime ago. You may want to call them and check.
Whole foods makes eggless cakes as well
You could try Vedic cultural center, Sammamish.
You can get from Whole foods. If I remember correct, they have 2 varieties (dairy free and vegan). Price was competitive to Mayuri.
Try FlyingApron. http://www.flyingapron.com/custom-orders/custom-cakes.html
Baskin-Robbins give  eggless ice-cream-cakes too. But not sure if it is big enough for 48 ppl.
PCC Market has vegan cake which is eggless. The only thing is it is hard to each and we find it dry.
We love the eggless cake by Whole Food Market. It is vegan too, total chocolate…but we love it !
Hope this helps!

Try PCC. I know they have good options for vegan cakes. Not sure if they make a half sheet size though.
Hope this helps.
Thanks,
Preeti
Btw, PCC vegan cakes cost less than Mayuri cakes.
You can get vegan cakes from PCC. We got the German Chocolate cake for my Son’s birthday recently….yummy . There are readily available ones and made to order too I guess, we picked a readily available one and used icing to write on it ourselves.
